The closest airports are Rome, Florence, Pisa. Then the best way for reching Cortona is by train ( see the timetable ). You have to get off at Terontola-Cortona railway station or at Camucia-Cortona railway station. The Terontola station is 11 km from Cortona and the Camucia station is 5 km from Cortona. There is a bus service to Cortona from both stations.
