The Bachelor’s Degree Course<\/a> and the Master’s Degree Course<\/a> in Mathematics at University of Pisa are part of the long-standing and solid tradition of Pisan mathematics. This tradition is rooted in advanced research activities carried out in all areas of pure and applied mathematics by the faculty of the Department of Mathematics (recognized as a Department of Excellence for 2023\u20132027<\/a><\/strong>), also in collaboration with the Scuola Normale Superiore.<\/p>\n\n

In keeping with this tradition and with the high standards in research activity at Pisa, the Degree Courses in Mathematics at University of Pisa aim to maintain and improve the level of qualitative excellence that has always been considered their distinguishing trait nationwide and beyond.<\/p>\n\n
