Even at the Bachelor\u2019s level, the programme provides an attitude for modeling real-life situations and solving both concrete and theoretical problems, placing mathematics graduates in an advantageous position both for entering the job market (in banking, insurance, statistics, computation, IT, service or optimization sectors) and for continuing their studies in a Master\u2019s Degree in mathematics, computer science, or other scientific and technical fields.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Overview of the study programme:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The path is demanding, but it allows students to acquire strong skills that are highly valued in the job market, even though the natural continuation after the Bachelor\u2019s Degree is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dm.unipi.it\/didattica\/en\/masters-degree\/\">Master\u2019s Degree programme<\/a>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students may choose between two curricula: Computational and Fundamental;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Various effective <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dm.unipi.it\/didattica\/en\/useful-info\/tutoring-services\/\">tutoring<\/a> services are available to support students closely throughout their studies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Numerous <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dm.unipi.it\/international\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">international agreements<\/a> are active, including Erasmus and joint degrees (double degrees), giving students the opportunity to enrich their education with study experiences abroad or even obtain a double degree;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Those seeking additional insights, motivations, or information on orientation initiatives are invited to visit the page devoted to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dm.unipi.it\/terza-missione\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Third Mission activities<\/a> (in Italian only).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Prospective students will find in the menu all the information they need, including details about possible <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dm.unipi.it\/didattica\/en\/useful-info\/scholarships\/\">scholarships<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Enrolled students will find in the menu detailed information useful for their study path (for example, how to submit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dm.unipi.it\/didattica\/en\/bachelors-degree\/study-plan\/\">the study plan<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dm.unipi.it\/didattica\/en\/bachelors-degree\/degree-award\/\">degree award application<\/a>, as well as all <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dm.unipi.it\/didattica\/en\/lectures-exams\/\">information regarding lectures and exams<\/a>).
