If not, you can send an email to <a href=\"mailto:credenziali@unipi.it\">credenziali@unipi.it<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-pb-accordion-item c-accordion__item js-accordion-item no-js\" data-initially-open=\"false\" data-click-to-close=\"true\" data-auto-close=\"true\" data-scroll=\"false\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\"><h5 id=\"at-60641\" class=\"c-accordion__title js-accordion-controller\" role=\"button\">Step 2: Activate your Department badge<\/h5><div id=\"ac-60641\" class=\"c-accordion__content\">\n<p>To enter the Department outside opening hours, and to access &#8220;Aula 3&#8221;, &#8220;Aula 4&#8221;, and the &#8220;Centro di Calcolo&#8221; rooms, it is necessary to request activation of your card for access to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dm.unipi.it\/en\/administrative-offices\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the administrative offices<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-pb-accordion-item c-accordion__item js-accordion-item no-js\" data-initially-open=\"false\" data-click-to-close=\"true\" data-auto-close=\"true\" data-scroll=\"false\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\"><h5 id=\"at-60642\" class=\"c-accordion__title js-accordion-controller\" role=\"button\">Step 3: Add your publications to the ARPI database<\/h5><div id=\"ac-60642\" class=\"c-accordion__content\">\n<p>All scientific works (including those produced before hiring) must be entered into the <a href=\"https:\/\/arpi.unipi.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ARPI<\/a> database.<br\/>The login credentials are the same as the university ones. If you are unable to access your profile, you need to request account activation by writing to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:arpi@unipi.it\">arpi@unipi.it<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-pb-accordion-item c-accordion__item js-accordion-item no-js\" data-initially-open=\"false\" data-click-to-close=\"true\" data-auto-close=\"true\" data-scroll=\"false\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\"><h5 id=\"at-60643\" class=\"c-accordion__title js-accordion-controller\" role=\"button\">Step 4: Customize your information on Unimap<\/h5><div id=\"ac-60643\" class=\"c-accordion__content\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/unimap.unipi.it\/cercapersone\/cercapersone.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Unimap<\/a> pages contain information about each staff member: office, phone number, website, etc. They also include teaching-related information: course records, office hours, etc.<br\/>Information must be entered and\/or updated through the <a href=\"https:\/\/unimap.unipi.it\/secure\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">login page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-pb-accordion-item c-accordion__item js-accordion-item no-js\" data-initially-open=\"false\" data-click-to-close=\"true\" data-auto-close=\"true\" data-scroll=\"false\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\"><h5 id=\"at-60644\" class=\"c-accordion__title js-accordion-controller\" role=\"button\">Step 5: Request your phone number<\/h5><div id=\"ac-60644\" class=\"c-accordion__content\">\n<p>Request your phone number from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dm.unipi.it\/en\/administrative-offices\/\">administrative staff of the offices<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-pb-accordion-item c-accordion__item js-accordion-item no-js\" data-initially-open=\"false\" data-click-to-close=\"true\" data-auto-close=\"true\" data-scroll=\"false\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\"><h5 id=\"at-60645\" class=\"c-accordion__title js-accordion-controller\" role=\"button\">Step 6: Customize your personal profile on the Department website<\/h5><div id=\"ac-60645\" class=\"c-accordion__content\">\n<p>After logging in for the first time to the Department database via the <a href=\"https:\/\/manage.dm.unipi.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">relative login page<\/a>, edit your profile by accessing it from the top-right menu.<br data-start=\"1665\" data-end=\"1668\"\/>You can add your Google Scholar, ORCID, etc. (just enter the ID codes, not the full URL), a photo, your phone number, and more.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-pb-accordion-item c-accordion__item js-accordion-item no-js\" data-initially-open=\"false\" data-click-to-close=\"true\" data-auto-close=\"true\" data-scroll=\"false\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\"><h5 id=\"at-60646\" class=\"c-accordion__title js-accordion-controller\" role=\"button\">Step 7: Information about your research on the Department website<\/h5><div id=\"ac-60646\" class=\"c-accordion__content\">\n<p>Visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dm.unipi.it\/research\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.dm.unipi.it\/research\/\">Research<\/a> subsite, go to the section dedicated to research group pages, find your group, check that you are listed among the staff, and send any additions or corrections t <a
