Chiara Boccato Wins the 2025 Frontiers of Science Award in Mathematics

Professor Chiara Boccato has been awarded the 2025 Frontiers of Science Award (FSA) for her contributions to Mathematics.

The recognition, granted by the International Congress of Basic Sciences (ICBS), celebrates her paper “Bogoliubov Theory in the Gross-Pitaevskii Limit”, developed in collaboration with Christian Brennecke, Serena Cenatiempo, and Benjamin Schlein.

Established in 2023, the Frontiers of Science Award aims to honor pioneering research in mathematics, physics, and computer science that represents a decisive turning point in their respective fields of study.

The official award ceremony is scheduled during the International Congress of Basic Sciences, to be held in July 2025 in Beijing—a global stage that will bring together leading figures from the international scientific community.
