The University of Pisa announces the second edition of the Marcello Buiatti Graduate Prize, valued at 1,198.16 euros, offered by the late professor’s family.
The prize is intended for the best master’s or single-cycle thesis, submitted between March 2023 and March 2024, exploring the concept of “living state of matter” through interdisciplinary approaches, emphasizing mathematical modeling and experimental data.
The award ceremony will take place during the DCP24 Conference in Pisa in June 2024, where the winner will present their work, and other noteworthy theses may also be selected for special mention and presentation.
