The Ph.D. project of Ginevra Aquilina is part of a well-defined research project in mathematics education, "Educational inclusion in mathematics", and in particular it concerns the study of the phenomenon of the gender-gap in mathematics and of the construction of the mathematical identity. Her supervisor is Pietro di Martino (University of Pisa) and her co-supervisor is Chiara Giberti (University of Bergamo).
