Instructions for first-year students of the Bachelor’s degree program, academic year 2025–26

Students enrolling in the first year of the Bachelor’s degree program have the opportunity to attend preliminary courses during the week of 15–19 September (from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, room G of the Polo Fibonacci building). The preliminary courses are coordinated by Prof. Massimo Gobbino.  A dedicated Microsoft Teams group has been created (“Precorso Matematica 2025”, code wvo2p63), which students can join using their Alice credentials.

On 23 September at 9:00 AM, in rooms E1 and G of the Polo Fibonacci building, the entry knowledge assessment test will take place (click the link for more information).

During the first semester, first-year Bachelor’s students attend courses in Arithmetic, Calculus 1, Geometry 1, Fundamentals of Programming with laboratory, and the Laboratory of Introduction to Computational Mathematics. In the second semester, Physics 1 is added. Classes are held in room G of the Polo Fibonacci building.
