Tutoring Services

The Mathematics Degree Program offers students many forms of support that they can rely on throughout their academic journey.

Peer Tutoring

The Department of Mathematics provides a peer tutoring service. Students (especially first-year students) may contact peer tutors—senior students who have received specific training—to discuss organizational or academic questions, or even simply to ask mathematics-related questions.

For more information, please contact the Teaching Office and/or the Student Representatives.

Academic Tutoring

Additional dedicated tutoring sessions are offered to support first-year courses, where senior students and Ph.D. candidates make their knowledge and experience available.

For more information, please contact the Teaching Office and/or the Student Representatives.
